Remote Support Using Teamviewer

We are using Teamviewer to provide remote support to our customer. Before you ask for any remote support, please follow the steps below:

1) Create A Support Ticket
Before we can provide support to you, we encourage you create a support ticket at our online support centre. This is will enable us to have a record about your job/support request. If you haven't create a support ticket, kindly login here to create one:

2) Download Teamviwer
Teamviewer is a good way to provide support to you without visiting your office physically. With TeamViewer we can remotely control/viewing any computer as if we are sitting right in front of your PC. If you haven't download teamviewer, here's the link: http://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/index.aspx

FYI, you don't need to install this software in order to use it. Just run it every time we need to view your screen.

3) Arrange A Meet Up Time
While we are working on our best efforts to provide fast support, we also tight up with many other tasks/jobs at the moment. Please consider pre-arrange a time for remote support. It can be as short as 3-5 hours advance notice. However, if our support staffs are available, we can even response you in less than 3 hours.
